Yes we carry two million dollars worth of liability insurance.

If we decided to go with RHC LLc what is the next steps?

Next steps are fairly simple. We agree in a start date. Let you know of “homework” required by the property owner. Set a work and payment schedule, and get started!

Do you have a minimum?

For our handyman services we charge $130 an hour with a minimum of 2.5 hours. Service fees(to fix an existing item damaged or broken by homeowner) is $169.

what happens after the work is completed?

Someone from RHC LLc will do a walk through with the owner and give them 4 weeks to compile a punch list(nothing can be added after 4 weeks) and we will get you on schedule to complete the listed items.
